Global sustainable Development congress
Strategic marketing and communications lead for Times Higher Education's Global Sustainable Development Congress, held at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia from 30 May - 1 June, 2023. Centred around the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, the event brought together 1,600 university, government and industry delegates from 70+ countries to discuss urgent solutions to the sustainability emergency.

OLIVER SACKS FOUNDATIONOliver Sacks, M.D,. FRCP, was a physician, a best-selling author, and a professor of neurology at the NYU School of Medicine. I lead on overall digital strategy for the Oliver Sacks Foundation, which is devoted to increasing understanding of the human brain and mind through the power of narrative nonfiction and case histories.
Recent projects include the promotion of Audible's Original Podcast Series Radiant Minds: The World of Oliver Sacks; the award-winning documentary Oliver Sacks: His Own Life from filmmaker Ric Burns; a new edition of Sacks's best-selling book The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat; Tobias Picker's opera based on Awakenings; and creative direction for the Foundation's website. |
BATH ROYAL literary and scientific institutionThe Bath Royal Literary and Scientific Institution is a 200-year-old charity in Bath, UK, dedicated to the advancement of knowledge. A cultural and scientific hub, the venue hosts hundreds of lectures annually and stages exhibitions from its collection of 160,000 important historical and archeological artefacts.
I was recruited to lead on the delivery of a National Lottery Heritage Fund digital transformation project and new membership scheme. Recruiting, training and motivating a team of young volunteers committed to helping the institution modernise, I transformed the outward-facing aspect of the Bath Royal and put in place systems to ensure the continued success of these initiatives. |
St Andrews UNIVERSITY MuseumsStrategic marketing and digital content plan provided to the Museums of the University of St Andrews, Scotland, which reopened after a £2.1 million overhaul. The museum showcases the university's art, history, science and natural history collections.
